Great service as always. Really like the fact that I don't get hounded for extras. Go ahead and ask but when I say no it ends there. Makes the service visit so much more pleasurable.

Everyone at the dealership was incredibly helpful and kind from the sales staff, finance, services and management. The information provided was clear and well summarized. In fact my only criticism was upon hearing that anything less then perfect on this review would be viewed as a failure by Honda. I think that's rather silly, doesn't allow for constructive criticism, and is frankly un-achievable. Don't be so hard on your employees, just focus on salespeople who value factual information and transparency over unit sales and quotas.

Al went well except they were to notify me when done...then the shuttle came to my home to pick me up 1 hour after I had picked up the vehicle myself
