Drove by Lindsay Pontiac, and saw a car I was interested in, exactly the same as one we had looked at and test drove at Williamsons in Uxbridge. Called Lindsay Pontiac and spoke with Sam Thornbury, because we had dealt with Sam prior when purchasing our GMC Sierra Pickup. Sam gave us all the info over the phone, and gave us an appointment, at our convenience to come in and see and test drive the car we were interested in. Sam had the Used Car Mgr. appraise my vehicle, while we took the new car for a test drive. After "minimal negotiations", Sam was able to better the deal that we had received from Williamsons in Uxbridge, and we left Lindsay Pontiac that day having a signed deal for my new car, and another appt. made to deliver my "trade-in" car and pick up the new car. Later that day, I called Sam back, and left a message on his answering machine, to tell him I had forgotten to request mudflaps all around on the new car, because I always put them on my vehicles, to prevent stone chips. Once again, Sam returned my call, told me he had received my message, and there was no problem. When I went to pick up my new car, not only did I have my mudflaps, but Sam also put new rubber floor mats in the car front and back to protect the carpeted floor of the car. At this point in time, we are very happy and satisfied with our new car. Thank you Sam Thornbury, and Lindsay GMC.

Recall Notice for Chev Malibu

My Malibu had a recall notice for an electronic sending unit of some kind!! The vehicle was taken in on time and repaired within the time frame I was told. The car was washed and waiting for me when I returned to the shop. Very satisfied.

Dan Moore was our sales representative. Dan was very helpful in our selection and search of a vehicle that suited our needs. My car had a recall part for the ignition the wait for the part was extensive but once part arrived staff was very quick in calling and quickly had my car in and repaired

From the moment I entered Lori's office, she treated me like a person and not a number. She gave me her full attention and listened to my requests. Within minutes I had the truck that I wanted in full view in the parking lot. We went for a test drive and she explained a lot of the features of the truck that you could only get from driving it. Lori was helpful in answering all my questions and was very patient with me. I never felt like I was being rushed or talked into a purchase. The test drive sealed the deal and I told her to put the SOLD sign in the window. From signing the paperwork to the delivery of my new truck, Lori made this experience as smooth as silk. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that is in the market for a new vehicle.....Thanks again Lori.
