A Delivery Above and Beyond

Joe did a superb job of letting us choose our vehicle, having a conversation about it's features and then not only locating one of our selected colour, but going above and beyond to have it delivered very quickly so we could accept delivery on my birthday!

As always dealing with Sam Thornbury is a pleasure. He was knowledgeable, helpful and professional in all his dealings with us. He listened to our concerns about our vehicle purchase & resolved all our issues willingly and in a very timely manner. I had a simple oil change, lube & tire rotation. Things were done quickly & when the tire rotation was completed, I was given an appropriate rebate as I live out of area & would need to have a different service person tighten the lugs to the appropriate tension. I was impressed. The service was completed quickly & professionally.

Lana, when I have a bad day before I come in for any kind of service, I seem to forget my bad day when I see your friendly welcoming smile. You give the most greatly respect for your customers by understanding their wants and needs. I've been to other dealerships in the past and they seem as if they don't really care. Lindsay Pontiac is my number 1 choice for service. I hope to buy my next car or truck there and to continue to have the service done there.

I took my car in for the ignition recall but asked them to check other problems I was experiencing. They found further problems and were able to fix everything for me in a timely and professional manner. I appreciated the shuttle service.
