i kept telling them that it was my tires and it cost me lots of money just to make them happy, after all I took it to Walmart and they said it was my tires.. and it was my tires .

The service was fine, but my cars licence plate cover was ripped off in the complimentary car wash I think. I would have noticed if this was done before my last service because I look at the front of my car as I walk to my parking space from my door.

Performed safety campaign installed fuel gage harness. Temporary transportation was provided without hesitation while repairs were made. I was kept informed of progress, the vehicle was road tested after completion and returned to me working perfectly. The whole experience was stress free and completely satisfying. All our service has been performed to this high standard and we plan to continue to place all our automotive requirements with this dealership.

- The service tech couldn't give me a straight answer about the difference in oil life. Your guys suggest changing oil at 5000-6000 KM, while my truck said that I had over 70% of oil life remaining at that time & suggested I change it at 12000 KM. - Also my truck has been washed almost all of the time after I come in for service. They never did it the last time I was in for service, but I noticed that other trucks had been washed. That also applied to my windshield washer fluid. It use to be topped up when it was in being serviced, but that also has ceased to continue - I can go anywhere & be charged the high hourly rates for repairing & maintaining my truck. The reason I go to you guys is because you went the extra mile to make sure I left happy. That warm fuzzy feeling is now turning a bit prickly & sometimes even stings at time. Phil
