Had tire change appointment booked get there and they tell me it is going to be 3 hours. I get that your busy but tire swap is 30 min max

Snow tires installation

We were asked to make sure our vehicle was there for our 10:30a.m. appt & it was there at 10:15a.m. I was informed it would take approx 1 hr 40 mins. I text at 11:00 ish to inform service we need our car by 12:30 due to another appt & was informed our vehicle was in the queue! They hadn't started!! Our vehicle was ready at 12:45 .. why give an appt for 10:30 if vehicle isn't going to be taken at that time. We just made our 1p.m appt !!
