I had a very good experience purchasing a new vehicle from Jackson's Toyota. The salesperson, Aidan Dube was very knowledgeable and quickly understood my preferences. Very pleased with the vehicle I purchased - it is just what I wanted.

The work done to my car was fine. The staff I encountered were all very friendly and helpful. My one complaint was that the company wouldn’t UbEr me home because I live in innisfil. I explained that I live off innisfil beach road which is 15 min from the dealership but was told you gave a strict policy only to Uber within Barrie. The north end of barrie is further away than where I live in innisfil!!

I have dealt with Jackson’s Toyota for over 20 years and they have never let me down! It’s always a pleasure! My current sales representative Andrew Black works hard to get us the best deal that Jacksons can offer. Always fair and reasonable. We love our new Camry!

Staff was great , fast and polite. My only complaint is that there was a women not wearing a mask who was allowed into the lounge. They provided us with a seperate seating area but it still upsetting to see in our current state of growing cases.
