I have been a customer with Honda for many years....always treated with respect. When my husband and I went to look at another Honda we were greeted by James...he treated us with great respect, and he went over and above my expectations of a salesman. I would recommend him to anyone. Great job James!!!!!

Many Koreans moms who come to Canada for several years to educate their children English struggle lits of problems buying cars here in Canada. I happened to visit Honda and met this enthusiastic sales person James at Brantford Honda, gave me a best satisfactory before and after purchasing the car. He even changed the tires to new ones. Very kind. It was much more than I expected. I detinately want to introduce him to other people who needs cars.

Brantford Honda always provides excellent service with friendly, knowledgeable support. I waited while the service was performed and enjoyed the complimentary beverages and wifi to get my work done while I waited. Plenty of charging stations and seating in a comfortable environment. Service needs were clearly explained and described before and after servicing.

I've been a Brantford Honda customer since 2005 when I bought my wife's prized 2004 CRV from Scott. When we needed a new vehicle this year there was no chance it was going to be anything but a Honda and sure enough, Scott found us the perfect new family Pilot. Trevor, Adam and the other guys in the service department (and of course the shuttle drivers, I can't forget Bob) feel like extended family after all these years and I look forward to seeing and catching up with them when I'm in to have any work done.

Maintenance indicator light was not reset after the service, also radio antenna was not mounted in proper place after the car wash and it was left on a dashboard. Not imprssesed with the customer service which is very surprising

Honda Motors is well aware of heater core problems in certain late model CR-V`s .(2012-2014). HM might be better served to offer these repairs at dealer cost only. 250.00$ for what may be a short term work-around seems unpalatable to me.(part is still defective) C. McMullen
