This dealership has no integrity! Bought current vehicle from here. Was told it was a Hybrid, only found out a few weeks after buying it that it wasn't. After I specifically said I wasn't interested in anything but a hybrid vehicle. The hing in my door broke, and was told it was covered under warranty. I go to pick my vehicle up after its repaired. They charge me $200. After tell me I wouldn't have to pay anything, because it's under warranty. They told me it is under warranty but if it's under a certain amount then it's no longer under warranty. A dealer calls me to ask if I'd like to trade in my vehicle. I tell them again I'm only interested in a hybrid. They say "no problem, we have plenty in stock". I go to the website. No hybrids on the site. I use the chat tool on the site. The agent there tells me there are no hybrids in the lot. So you have dishonest sales people. You have a service department that charge you for warranty work. There's other examples of poor experiences I've had with this dealership. But I'm just going to let you know that they also involve the dishonesty of the people there. Do not recommend.

Buying a new (or new to you) vehicle can be an insanely stressful experience, but Steve Maughan worked to get me in a reliable and safe used SUV that fit my student budget! Over two days, he was able to show me a couple options and really worked to make sure I was happy with my new Nissan. Riun in financing helped make the process easier for a first time buyer and the parts department and shop were even able to install a hitch in a moments notice. Everyone at SMP was so incredibly friendly and it was all around an excellent experience!

Came to look at trucks for the afternoon to see what was available & what my options were. & Dan Barrett got me into a 2021 Colorado same day. Very straight forward & everything was super easy. Everyone was very friendly & courteous while waiting around the dealership.
