Great experience, treated with respect from the beginning even with being in our 20's. Took a little longer then expected to get jeep but very happy with everything. Presented well at pickup, plates on, clean. Educated about jeeps which was very helpful! very happy :)

I purchased my vehicle from Oxford Dodge and have been going their for servicing ever since. I had previously never had an issue but when I went in for a quick 20 minute oil change my cell phone was stolen out of my vehicle. Essentially I received the same response from all levels of management, which was that I had misplaced it and would end up finding it at a later date. They stuck to saying that none of their employees would commit such a crime and it was unheard of at their dealership before. I handled the phone right before driving in and searched the entire vehicle before accusing them. I noticed within ten minutes of leaving the dealership and by the time I returned the shift had changed so they were unable to search any of the employees and of course none admitted to stealing the phone when asked. I will never return back to this dealership for servicing due to the lack of respect and sheer discrimination I faced after reporting this to them. I would highly suggest you remove any valuables from your vehicles prior to entering the service bays.

Dear Jaclyn, We were of course sorry to hear you had a less-than satisfactory experience at Oxford Dodge. Over the years we have provided service to many thousands of satisfied customers, and have been fortunate to have never really had issues with employee theft of a customer’s property. We did conduct an internal investigation into the allegations as we mentioned to you during our conversations. These types of investigations are very sensitive from a legal standpoint with respect to our employees and we did our best to find an answer for you, and appreciate your patience while we went through that process. Although in the end we could not uncover any wrongdoing, we nonetheless offered you compensation for your missing phone. This was provided in the form of a cheque and was presented to your representative when he arrived at our premises but was subsequently refused, even though the amount of the cheque was at the high end of your valuation for the missing phone. Again, please accept our apologies and if there is anything else we can please don’t hesitate to contact us.
