Power steering fixed in a flash!

I drove into the service bay with no power steering and no appointment. Mike Summerfield, Service Advisor, was at the desk. He quickly arranged to have my recently purchased 2007 Caravan seen by mechanics. He suggested I wait. I told Todd Baynham, the sales agent from whom I bought the van, about the repair. In about one hour, my car was fixed, Todd and Mike had spoken to each other, and the cost of repair was covered by the used car sales dept. Needless to say, I was a happy customer who got to my next meeting on time and in comfort in my newly repaired minivan. Just one of many examples of great cooperation between units and outstanding customer service. Thank you, Mike. Thank you, Todd. And thank you, Oxford Dodge Chrysler.

I got my two vehicle's winter tires switch over. Darryl and the rest o the service team got us in quickly and efficiently.during our wait my kids enjoy watching movies. I also liked the car wash! Great experience overall.
