Felt Terri and Avy were very patient, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Terri was kind and efficient in handling all the paperwork and I feel she cared for my experience with Nurse and not just the sale.

Blair was patient with me, while I pondered my choices and did several test drives. Once I had made my decision, he war careful to go over many details clearly. I was also duly impressed when I was given the grand tour of Nurse's entire facility, I had no idea it covers such a large area and offers any service a new car owner could want! Your lounge area is a wonderful idea and I will not minding waiting there, while my car is being serviced in the future. When I picked up my car another gentleman sat next to me and went over the function of the various knobs and buttons, as well as OnStar and Sirius. I had occasion to return to the dealership recently to go over some questions and he was happy to help me again. Overall, purchasing my new car was a very easy and pleasant experience. I love my new Cruze!!! Thank you Blair and Nurse Chevrolet Cadillac.

We met at the front door and Blair came out to greet us. Listened to our questions and needs. Took us out for a test drive. Wrote up the deal and followed up with us.
