Always great service!

I had my first oil change on my new Equinox, and winter tires installed today. It never ceases to amaze me how great the service is at Nurse. Quick service and friendly, knowledge staff who really care about your needs. And a great waiting area. Keep it up!

Was helpful to provide some FYI's about insurance claims as this was the first time we went through this (we were in an accident where the car was totalled). Ensured we were provided estimates based on new vs used purchases and showed us the benefits of going new again. Provided us with all the information we needed to ensure we understood what new features were standard on the 2015 (they were "extra's" on the 2011 we previously owned). Ensured we sat with a product specialist to explain the new features on the touch screen display, phone, radio, OnStar, etc. Lisa did a great job here and was very patient while we dealt with OnStar transferring over our old account to the new vehicle. Sales manager who wrote up the loan information was also very helpful and respectful (sorry - don't remember his name) in that my wife was still quite sore from the accident and he didn't keep us longer than was absolutely necessary.

We viewed the vehicle twice with Blair . He explained truck function equipment. Was told of package options on this truck compared to other models . Drove for a test drive . Returned a week later and talked financing options . Explained all available credits I could receive , GM discount , trade in value , etc. . Purchased truck and again was helped the night of picking it up with inside truck functions by a very helpful girl. Was told if I needed help remembering anything that just to call . It all went well .. Thanks Blair and Staff.
