The process was fairly seemless and went very well. Aside from the lengthy wait for the PanAm vehicle to arrive (which was not the fault of Nurse Chevrolet as I understand it) everything else was very well done.

Picked up our new Cruze and noticed a circular spot on the deck lid that would not wash away. Took the car in without appointment and got taken care of immediately.

I enjoyed my visit as always. All staff members are courteous and knowledgeable in all aspects. Going to Nurse is like going home. As always looking forward to my next visit. Staff remember you and details like going on vacation. Asking how your trip was. Jackie was awesome and love her personality. Seat cover was being replaced. Quote for snow tires. Lois Williams

To the team at Nurse Chevrolet Cadillac : I bought my brand new 2014 Chevy Silverado last year and brought it in for the first oil change and the service was excellent ,the same for the second time . Then later I had a slow leak in my tire ,brought it in to get nitrogen put in it without a fuss .then I found a nail in the same tire , brought it in and the woman ( I believe her name was Jackie Squires ). Advised me that they could not fix leak because position of nail and had to order a new tire in and in that same day the tire was delivered I believe ,I was very impressed on how she took care of me , very professional . I know you said to use twenty words in this letter but I can go on and on and on but there is just one more thing I would like to say and that is a thank you to Peter McCormack for selling us a 2012 cruze . The care and service we got from him was awesome .we had the car out on the street the next day . So thank you again Peter!!! Yours truly Dana Wright .... A happy customer !!!

no one from the company that installed the remote explained anything about it's use for example my keyless entry fob didn't work when car was started with their device. I had to use their device again to unlock the door. Little things like that should have been explained to me by the company that installed the system. I do not blame the service staff of Nurse. Thanks for your help, Wilma Van Roessel.

My 2005 Corvette developed a small oil leak somewhere in the rear axle. As the transmissions are located in the rear of the vehicle and integral to the rear axle - I didn't want to take a chance by not attending to the problem. I was concerned if one failed - it would cause the other to fail an become a prohibitively expensive problem to repair. Dave in service looked after the problem for me - fully explained what was going to be done, showed me the cause of the leak and had the job finished sooner than expected. It wasn't a cheap job to have done - but I know it has been done properly by GM mechanics and have the confidence to drive the car without a drive-line failure. Thank you Dave and crew.

Overall pretty good. OnStar upgrade was done in a timely manner. The only downside. I wanted my summer wipers replaced with my winter wipers which I brought with me with original packaging Did not appreciate my nearly new summer wipers were discarded in the garbage along with packaging without asking me if that was ok to do so. Which it was not! Luckily the tech. was able to retrieve them before the garbage was taken out. Just a heads up to double check next time. Thanks
