Car drop off and pick up was very easy. Customer service is great! It’s nice to get updates via text and email on the status of my car.

Scheduled maintenance 2, snow tires put on, took 4 hours, waited in lounge, had not been aware that lounge open to public. Friendly, respectful service.

Jackson's Toyota makes buying a new car a real pleasure. During the past 50 plus years I have owned more Cars, Trucks and SUV's than Three Families combined. Salesperson "Aidan Dube" is extremely knowledgeable and never once tried to pressure me into making a deal. I received a very fair price for my trade-in and My 2021 Venza Limited arrived ahead of the expected delivery date. The entire staff at Jackson's displayed the same Professional Level of Friendliness and Courtesy. At delivery Aidan took the time to educate Me about all new the features as well as instructions for using the latest onboard Technology and equipment. He was unfamiliar with the Homelink Garage Door programing but with-in seconds He looked up the instructions and successfully set up the codes. Jackson's Toyota gives you that Old Fashioned Hometown Friends & Family feeling, before, during and after the Sale.

Just purchased our first Sienna from Jackson's. Couldn't have been treated better by Dave and Danielle. Dave had the perfect balance of patience and resourcefulness that made the purchase experience a sincere pleasure. We appreciated Danielle's blend of warmth and efficiency in the completion of necessary paperwork. All in all, an experience we'd be glad to repeat. Our friends will hear about Jackson's!
