8,000 km check on our latest Lease, a 2020 Rav4. Service was prompt, and the technician explained everything in detail as to what was done and discussed the next service at 16,000 km

My wife and I drove 4 hours to consider purchasing our first new vehicle, and Bill instilled confidence in us that they were going to work a deal for us. I really feel he was the perfect associate for us. The whole staff, including Danielle in finance made the buying experience a pleasure. They were very patient with all of our questions, and were very fair in assessing our trade-in. We left feeling like we got a good deal purchasing our first new vehicle. From start to finish this was truly the best buying experience we've ever had. From my wife and I, thank you Jackson's Toyota. We love our 2021 Tacoma!!!

Very smooth and professional

I arrived and the key drop off was easier than I expected. I appreciated I could wait inside for my oil change. I also appreciated that the service team member came out to get me when my car was done. I know we’re trying to limit contact but being able to talk to someone was really nice. He mentioned I got a complimentary car wash, and he secured my heat shield as it was starting to come loose. I hadn’t noticed. I very much appreciated his attention to detail and it’s always great when someone is so proud of his work. Please give him a socially distanced pat on the back for me!

I had some issues with some car services and the staff were helpful and helped me out. I still have a couple things that need fugue out but I have to call the remote start company for that.

My service advisor was very helpful and friendly. I did not like when the maintenance sticker was not completed, month was missing. The hood support was not placed in the clip. Overall I had a positive experience.
