Just purchased our first Sienna from Jackson's. Couldn't have been treated better by Dave and Danielle. Dave had the perfect balance of patience and resourcefulness that made the purchase experience a sincere pleasure. We appreciated Danielle's blend of warmth and efficiency in the completion of necessary paperwork. All in all, an experience we'd be glad to repeat. Our friends will hear about Jackson's!

Fustrating to think you have an appointment when in fact it's a time slot and may take hours for the vehicle to be looked at, at the end of the day any other tire shop gives you an appointment and the work is done in an hour

Apt for 130pm. To change summer tires to winter tires on rims and get an oil change. Where anywhere else these service have taken 45 minutes to an hour, took Jackson Toyota 2 hrs 45 minutes.. client are in an unventaled room in time of Clovis. Really not acceptable..I was hearing this from other clients that where waiting with me

Having made the required appointment a week in advance we arrived at the dealership at 10:30 October 29/20. I would never have thought installing 4 new winter tires and a oil change would take 6.5 hours, especially with an appointment.

my 2017 with only 18000 Km Tacoma didn't start on a Friday morning and needed a boost. Drove up to Jackson Toyota were I bought the truck brand new. Left the truck running because it would not start up again every time I turn it off. Service manager told us just to leave it there but they could not look at it till next week. I tried very hard to get him to get someone to just look at it because it most likely just need a new battery but he was not going to help us. We then went to a battery shop were they told us that yes, the battery is shot and need to be replaced. They told us that we should go back to Toyota because the battery should be under warranty since it is only 3 years old. Went home and called Jackson Toyota service to make a appointment to replace the battery and if it would be under warranty. They told me that they were booking at least a week out and the truck is 2 month past it warranty period. So I would be stuck for a week with no vehicle and no change on having a battery replaced under warranty. Next I called Jackson parts dep. see if they had a new Battery for my truck in stock and yes they did. Can I pick it up right now I asked. Yes, of course. Would you be able to install it for as well I asked. Yes, we can. So I drove back to the place, bought the $250.- new battery and they installed it all in under 20 min. So what the heck changed!!!!!! of course no change on warranty. What a joke!!!!!
