If there was a way to give a negative rating this is one place whom deserve the worst rating possible. Not only will they straight up call you a criminal and state that you may have forged government documents. And then the owner nic will bring you in his office and try to intimidate you and make I seem like he is doing you the worlds biggest favor at the same time bad mouthing you to your face saying I can't help you. Then when you are walking out has his phone ring and says hold on a second maybe we can. So after this I felt very uneasy and said no thank you and went else where but that was good enough for the financial manager toufc. That works here as well to call me up days after and promise all these unbelieve able things just to pressure me into not going else. Then upon further noticed that all his so called promises were nothing but bold lies to try and scam myself and wife. You should be ashamed of yourself. Not to mention I also believe they have sold personal information. Please be very careful and I was informed this same owner owns 3 dealerships please be careful..

Hello Chris, we're sorry that you feel this way about our dealership, but when the lenders we work with request proof of income, they will not accept a job letter with no pay stubs or banking information to back it up. If proper proof of income can not be provided for the lender, then the deal can not proceed. We offered you many options that were available, but you denied the help being given to you. We have many happy customers who have had no issues with providing their proof of income to us and the lenders, and they have nothing but great experiences with us. If you would like to take another look at the options provided to you based on your current credit situation, please let us know and we will be happy to go over them again for you and your wife.

Came in Saturday to look at a new vehicle and ended up buying a Journey! The process went sooo smooth and Kareem was such a big help and within two days we had are new truck :) would definitely refer anyone here!!

I was having a hard time finding a vehicle. Sam helped me find an awesome vehicle at a great price. He did so much to get me and my family into a safe vehicle even with my less than perfect credit.
