I was in the market for a new car because my civic was on its last dying breath. After searching for my options, I stopped into Henley Honda to see what they had to offer. My experience at Henley Honda was nothing short of absolutely exceptional! From the minute I got there to the moment I drove off the lot in my new car. Joe and Sandra are the absolute best at making car buying informative, fun and MOST importantly STRESS FREE! Joe and Sandra took the time to explain everything in detail to ensure that I was well informed and confident with my purchase. They explained everything so well I had very few questions to ask by the end of it! I definitely recommend Henley Honda for your next car purchase!

My husband and I recently purchased our first car a Honda Civic 2014 from Henley Honda. We have been shopping around for a some time for the ideal car that would meet our budget. Erin was very informative which allowed us to make a decision much more easily. The atmosphere that Henley Honda created was very comfortable for someone who does not know a great deal about cars. Erin answered a lot of our questions but at the same time did not pressure us into making a decision. I truly appreciate the service that was offered to us. I would recommend anyone who does not like dealing with car dealerships to go to this one because they are unlike the others.

My husband and I have started our quest for a new vehicle and stopped into Henley Honda for a look. We had a fabulous down to earth guy named Joe Ferguson that spent a couple of hours with us and we just wanted to say thanks to Joe for your time and patience !!! If your looking for a honda stop into Henley sometime and we recommend you ask for Joe !!!

My husband Rick Chandler & I recently purchased a 2012 Honda Civic at Henley Honda & we had the good fortune to work with Joseph Tumini. Joseph is apparently new in his position, but that did not preclude his efforts to accommodate our every question, concern, and at times my husband's "craziness". When Joseph didn't know an answer, he didn't hesitate to confer with his colleague Kirsh to get the necessary information to help us make knowledgeable decisions. Kirsh, (I apologize if I am misspelling his name) was also pleasant, knowledgeable and supportive of us. We also want to give a "shout-out" to Martha & Sandra in the finance department. All in all it was a very pleasant experience & we drove our "new to us" Honda to Ajax, Peterborough & Bancroft this past weekend where we had to endure the "oohs & auhs" of all of our friends & family members. The ride was spectacular, the gas mileage economical, and to top it all off, as I sat in the car waiting for my husband during a travel break, I saw a "shooting star" through our moon roof. I purchased my new Honda last week and could not have been happier with my decision. I purchased from Henley Honda based purely on the excellent reception, service and salesmanship I received from Erin. He was without doubt one of the best if not the best person I have ever dealt with and over time that has been allot of vehicle in several countries. He was courteous answered each and every question honestly and did not try to push me but let me decide and choose which is a really nice thing and something I do not see at some other dealers. Sean H (Business Manager) was excellent in the sales area and supported us in a clear concise and supportive manner, nothing was left out and there were NO surprises except saving us additional money when we signed for the car (Great story). I would recommend Henley to anyone and Erin especially as you will not go wrong with the service and support and of course the excellent Honda products.
