Henley Honda

I purchased my new Honda last week and could not have been happier with my decision. I purchased from Henley Honda based purely on the excellent reception, service and salesmanship I received from Erin. He was without doubt one of the best if not the best person I have ever dealt with and over time that has been allot of vehicle in several countries. He was courteous answered each and every question honestly and did not try to push me but let me decide and choose which is a really nice thing and something I do not see at some other dealers. Sean H (Business Manager) was excellent in the sales area and supported us in a clear concise and supportive manner, nothing was left out and there were NO surprises except saving us additional money when we signed for the car (Great story). I would recommend Henley to anyone and Erin especially as you will not go wrong with the service and support and of course the excellent Honda products.

I went 3 times today to buy a car. Cash in hand. 930am. 11am and 1pm. Not ONE sales person approached. Cash in hand?! Bad customer service. I work in the highest level of customer service and I feel slighted?! Management - please respond.

Coming from a family with a long history of GM employees, considering a new Honda was initially a bit weird for me. If anyone reading this has similar thoughts, disregard them immediately because Henley Honda is the absolute best car dealership around, with the best employees you could imagine. One of their top salespeople, Joe Ferguson, is someone I'm honestly thrilled to have as a friend. He's not your typical car salesman; he's a genuinely caring and honest man who will find you the perfect car for your needs and make sure you know absolutely everything about it before you leave the lot. Sandra in insurance is one of the most wonderful and hilarious people I've ever met. She's up front and honest about the different kinds of coverage, which just proves that everyone at Henley Honda wants to make sure you're getting exactly what you need. The car I finally decided on, a 2014 Civic EX, is by far the best and most gorgeous car I've ever driven. I never expected to leave the lot with a brand new car, but the incredible leasing options make it so easy to afford that you would be insane to do anything else. Everything from the exceptional gas mileage to the eye catching red paint just makes me know for certain that I'll never own anything but a Honda from now on.

Recently I had decided that I was in the market for an SUV. I decided to stop at Henley Honda to test out a CRV. There I was greeted with a welcoming smile by Erin Sammy. Erin was very knowledgeable and was quick to answer all of my questions, it was quite obvious that he knew his product inside and out. We then went on the "dynamic test-drive" the safety features as well as Erin's knowledge and confidence in the product had actually sold the vehicle before I even had the chance to drive it myself. I did purchase the 2014 CRV and I am loving it! Everyone at Henley Honda was extremely friendly and helpful especially Erin Sammy, the new car manager ( I cannot remember his name) and Sandra in finance. You have all made the car buying experience an easy one and I will be sure to recommend you to others. Well done!

I just bought a brand new Honda Civic Ex from Henley Honda, and the experience is incredible! This was my first time purchasing a vehicle, and I also do not have any experience for buying a vehicle. Omar provided immeasurable assistance in selecting my car and he truly cares about his customers and strives to make them happy by really catering to their specific needs and lifestyles. Omar was very knowledgeable and helpful, and not pushy at all. My first language is not English, but Omar patiently answered all the questions I had. Omar is very honest, and he always try to find the best deal for you. He do care about his customers and more importantly, he treats them like a family. After I signed my agreement, there were still something I did not understand from the agreement. That day was Saturday, and it had already passed the business hour. I sent a text message for Omar and hope he can reply me back on Monday, but he replied me immediately and gave me very detailed explanation and information which more than I need. Once I picked up the car, Omar showed me every single feature on the car and explained every button for me. When I have some difficult time to understand and use the feature on the car, Omar is always patiently explaining with me through the cellphone. I would strongly recommend Omar and Henley Honda to anyone who is considering purchasing or leasing a vehicle. I will definitely come back when I need my next car. I trust Omar, and I love my Civic!

In December I was in desperate need of a new vehicle, as mine was awful on gas!!! I came into the dealership to meet with Dawson Trickett. I told him what I wanted out of a vehicle and right away he said a Civic, so we test drove it! I was sold right away....loved it! Dawson was fantastic to go through this process with; he made it extremely easy and quick. I was in a hurry due to the gas monster I was driving, he knew that was a concern of mine. Dawson handled my deal with the utmost respect and sincerity and listened to what I wanted; and wasn't telling me what I wanted. I had the pleasure of dealing with Kevin for the financing that was also extremely easy and quick. Kevin and Dawson were very knowledgeable, honest and helpful and answered all the questions I had :) Being a single mother, going through this process with Dawson and Kevin at Henley Honda allowed me to make an informed decision that fit right into my budget!! Thanks so much Dawson and Kevin!!! See you when I get my next vehicle!!
