I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Matt Posa at The Healthy Family Clinic! My family of four has been under his care for over five years, and from day one, the experience has been outstanding. The initial consultation was incredibly thorough—by far the most detailed and informative we’ve ever had with any healthcare provider. Dr. Matt took the time to explain the process of corrective chiropractic care, ensuring we understood exactly how it would benefit us. Since starting care, most of my physical issues have completely disappeared, and my family has seen similar improvements. Dr. Matt truly cares about his patients’ well-being. His knowledge is unparalleled, and he’s always looking for ways to improve his treatment approach to make sure we feel our best. Every time we visit, he takes the time to listen to any concerns and makes sure we are comfortable throughout the session. It’s rare to find a doctor who genuinely invests this much in their patients, and that’s why I always recommend Dr. Matt to anyone in need of chiropractic care. The office environment is warm and welcoming, and the staff is amazing—always friendly and professional. The level of care provided here goes far beyond what I’ve experienced with any other health practitioner. We absolutely love coming in for our adjustments, and the results speak for themselves. I was going to simply walk away and not write a review but Dr Jim’s rude email today was the tipping point for me. This place has a flashy pre care package with X-rays and scans etc. but pay attention to how they actually treat people. Everything is scare tactics. Tons of fear based emails and endless texts. The people are treated like cattle. You scan yourself in, sit in a packed waiting room until your name pops on a screen. They ask you to lie face down on a table until someone comes over and starts touching you, often while having conversations with other people in the room. Completely de-humanizing process. The treatment is under 3 minutes and costs over $60 a visit. It’s very clearly a heavy handed sales process to get you signed up and then a complete focus on pumping through as many people as possible. I’ve seen other local chiropractors since and this clinic is known to have a “reputation.” They also spam you with emails and texts. I left the practice a month ago but yesterday got a text. I replied STOP but then today I got an email. I replied letting them know that they are required to have an unsubscribe button per CASL laws and Dr Jim personally replied “retracting” his new years wishes. Wow. Unnecessary, rude and unprofessional. That’s how they treat you. I recommend you avoid this place.

We apologize if this came across as unwelcome. I have spoken to Dr. Jim about his remarks and even though I am not your chiropractor, I want to apologize. Regarding your concerns about our care model, it’s important to highlight that our clinic operates differently than many others. We focus on Neuro-Structural Restorative Care, a specialized approach designed to address underlying structural issues rather than just symptoms. This type of care is highly detailed, with systems and procedures tailored to ensure our patients achieve lasting results. Our thorough process, including scans and X-rays, is critical to understanding and addressing each patient’s unique needs. We acknowledge that this approach may not be the right fit for everyone. For those seeking a different style of chiropractic care, we respect that choice and wish them the best in their health journey. However, our commitment to this method is why we achieve results that many others cannot, and why we are recognized as leaders in the industry. As for your experience in the office, we take your feedback seriously. Our procedures, such as the self check-in system and streamlined treatment flow, are designed to ensure efficiency and minimize wait times for patients. That said, we are always open to reviewing these processes to enhance the patient experience and maintain a personal, caring environment. Lastly, we regret if you felt overwhelmed by communication. We aim to keep our patients informed and engaged, but it’s never our intention to create frustration. We have noted your request to stop receiving messages and will ensure no further communication is sent. We appreciate the opportunity to learn and grow from your input, and we wish you the best in your continued journey to health.

Never, ever have I ever experienced a care provider like The Healthy Family! From my 1st phone call, to my most thorough assessment, to my 1st treatment, I experienced "top notch" client service!!
