Highly recommend Dr Matt. I have experienced a lot of relief in the 1st couple months of my treatment from lower back stiffness and discomfort, which is something I've struggled with for years. I realize that treatment is a process, and my issue will not dissappear overnight, but I'm feeling hopeful now that I won't have to deal with this for the foreseeable future. Also props to Maneesha ?? For her sweet, caring, professional demeanor. One thing that stands out to me in their approach to treatment, is how they stress the necessity of getting to the root cause of the problem, and not just teaching you how to manage the symptoms of your issue, unlike most medical doctors in our Healthcare system. That inspires confidence in me that they have placed me on the right track with my treatment plan. So overall, I'm very satisfied so far.

Dr. Matt and Dr. Jim are both accomplished professionals. Their team are equally skilled at running a smooth operation. Personally, they’ve been able to accommodate my appointment requirements and, most importantly, improved my daily spinal health. I had my initial appointment last week and it had gone okay. I was on time and met with Manijah initially and she was very lovely and kind. As someone who has never seen a chiropractor, I was hesitant and shared my concerns and she made me feel very comfortable and was super sweet. I had met Dr.Matt after and had booked my 1.5 hour appt for today. Unfortunately I was stuck in a very bad traffic jam and had called to let the office know I was running 10 to 9 minutes late (ended up being 8 minutes). The receptionist was not kind or empathetic even after I had apologized. She instead told me that I would have to reschedule because the doctor always starts on time. I find that particularly interesting considering the fact that I was made to wait 15 minutes in the room for the doctor (which I didn't mind tbh). The receptionist told me to hold while she asked the doctor and then, said I guess it's ok in such an off putting and rude manner. I was around the corner and decided not to continue as I didnt want to be made to feel uncomfortable for walking in 8 minutes late, after the receptionist was being passive aggressive. I rarely ever give bad reviews! My experience here was not welcoming and to be frank I was harassed with calls for reminders for my appointment, when I was at work! Saying that you are a family chiropractor clinic and that you have values like empathy, etc should be reflected in your staff!
