Dr. Matt and Dr. Jim are both accomplished professionals. Their team are equally skilled at running a smooth operation. Personally, they’ve been able to accommodate my appointment requirements and, most importantly, improved my daily spinal health. I cannot recommend Dr. Jim highly enough. From my very first visit, Dr. Jim has been instrumental in improving my overall health and well-being. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, skilled, and truly dedicated to his patients. He takes the time to listen to your concerns, thoroughly assess your condition, and develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. He ensures that you have a solid understanding of the causes of your concerns and teaches you the proper ways of improvement. I had my initial appointment last week and it had gone okay. I was on time and met with Manijah initially and she was very lovely and kind. As someone who has never seen a chiropractor, I was hesitant and shared my concerns and she made me feel very comfortable and was super sweet. I had met Dr.Matt after and had booked my 1.5 hour appt for today. Unfortunately I was stuck in a very bad traffic jam and had called to let the office know I was running 10 to 9 minutes late (ended up being 8 minutes). The receptionist was not kind or empathetic even after I had apologized. She instead told me that I would have to reschedule because the doctor always starts on time. I find that particularly interesting considering the fact that I was made to wait 15 minutes in the room for the doctor (which I didn't mind tbh). The receptionist told me to hold while she asked the doctor and then, said I guess it's ok in such an off putting and rude manner. I was around the corner and decided not to continue as I didnt want to be made to feel uncomfortable for walking in 8 minutes late, after the receptionist was being passive aggressive. I rarely ever give bad reviews! My experience here was not welcoming and to be frank I was harassed with calls for reminders for my appointment, when I was at work! Saying that you are a family chiropractor clinic and that you have values like empathy, etc should be reflected in your staff!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Jim for many years for maintenance care, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. As a dancer, my body demands a lot, and Dr. Jim’s expertise has been crucial in keeping me in peak condition. The office is welcoming, the staff is always friendly, and the treatments are top-notch. Dr. Jim is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his patients' well-being. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable chiropractor!

Healing comes in different ways, and the Health Family sure knows that very well. The love and care from Dr. Mathew and the amazing ladies is immeasurable. After your first treatment you will know that you are in the right hands that will help solve your problem. They are not doing it just for your money, but rather, they want to see you well and pain free. Glad I found The Healthy Family clinic.

I have been coming here since the end of 2024 and have nothing but great things to say. After working with Dr. Matt I have seen significant improvements in my problem areas and overall health.
