After being a patient at The Healthy Family Chiropractic & Wellness Centre for over 6 months now, I can confidently say that there is a reason that this clinic ranks as one of the best in Milton. The entire atmosphere of the clinic is so warm and welcoming. The whole team is absolutely amazing! The ladies are so helpful and accommodating as well as a pleasure to talk to. You're always acknowledged and greeted by name with a friendly smile by them every time you walk in. The dedication that Dr. Matt and Dr. Jim have toward their patients' health and wellness is very evident. This is definitely not a one and done kind of clinic...... Dr. Matt and Dr. Jim genuinely care about your long term health and want to help you to understand the root causes of your pain and/or discomfort and help you to progressively improve with each adjustment and not just treat the surface symptoms that you're experiencing. They get to the root by identifying the issues with thorough tests including x-rays that are done at your initial visit to the clinic. I started getting my adjustments from Dr. Matt after my hip, lower back, and shoulder pain had gotten so bad that at night I was sleeping with a combination of ice packs, heating pads, and every limb propped up on multiple pillows. Dr. Matt took the time to properly identify what was going on and made sure I understood exactly what the issues were and what our game plan would be to help alleviate and remove the pain that I was experiencing. I am so happy to say that I have not had to sleep with any of those things for quite a while now and my mobility and strength are progressively getting better every day. Dr. Matt is an incredible chiropractor who takes the time to listen to what you have to say and never makes you feel rushed. He is extremely knowledgeable and his genuine care for his patient's overall health, evident passion for what he does, and his calm, friendly demeaner makes him a standout from the crowd! Best Clinic! Best Chiropractors!! 10 PLUS out of 10 Recommend:)!!!

Although the initial consultation was impressive and pre care excellent, the actual chiropractic care and attention was missing and I felt any care was available only to people willing to pay a great deal of money and commit to a 3 day appointment schedule. I I wasn’t even finished my 1st visit there and I get a survey text asking me to rate them. Runs like a business not a clinic with patients care as the top priority. This has not been my experience with chiropractic care before and frankly I was disheartened by it all

Our chiropractic office is a business based on providing exceptional patient care and we focus on getting results. We are in the business of helping people. Our office is not like most traditional Chiropractic offices and we pride ourselves on our commitment to ensuring patients receive advanced neuro-structural chiropractic care. We also ensure that patients have every opportunity to give our staff and doctors feedback and we do this after the first couple appointments so we can increase our level of personal attention ensuring we don’t miss anything. It’s not a review but a “rate your experience from 1-5. I struggle to see why that’s a bad thing. Also, You never started care so you don’t have any experience getting adjusted or experiencing our unique and proven care. Also I think it’s important to state that you received a large discount on our new patient exam. You simply didn’t want to do what the doctor prescribed. That is your right however based on our exemplary service and attention to detail, I don’t see why you felt it necessary to write a negative review based on assumptions. We know there are plenty of cheaper options out there. We will not lower our standards to match the care being provided by other chiropractic business’. All the best Dr. Matt
