Attempted to schedule a service for my vehicle and the alleged "service manager" needs some refresher training on the warranty offered by Kia. Having just moved to the area i was hoping to have a reliable Dealership to have all of my scheduled maintenance work done but after overhearing a brief conversation Terry their "Service Manager" had with my wife i will continue my search for another dealership. Poor people skills and arguing warranty work that has been confirmed by 2 other dealerships we are entitled to. His ignorance and mannerisms over the phone ruined the potential for future business. To potentially avoid future 1 star reviews perhaps when when a customer requests to speak with another manager don't deny them that option just hand the phone over.

I never thought I'd buy a KIA but I am in love with my new (to me) 2018 Soul! Anybody who has ever dealt with the typical pushy car salesman that only sees you as a dollar sign should definitely go to Kia Listowel and deal with Tim. (I'm sure they're all great, but he is the one who helped me) They treat you like an actual person there, which is a refreshing change from the usual. I'll never go to another dealership again!

Staff was very rude and pushy to make a sale. I am a senior and didnt like to be pushed to buy on the spot.

Had this Team search for a specific vehicle and they came through (as they have each time I am needing to make a switch). Personable and attention to detail make this a great option for a vehicle purchase. My experience is with Tim and would recommend him to anybody who asked.
