Terrible service after sale

My wifes uncle got a car there a couple month ago . the check engine light came on a week after took it back and was told the parts would be ordered and also the backup camera was not working parts ordered also well had it in a week later they said the wrong parts . so have to reorder them well i called on monday the service guy said yes the parts are there and parts are in and promised he would get the car in for repairs and have a loner car for her uncle . guess what no repairs not even a call to tell the 85 year old customer why . they sure have no problem taking the cash when you buy the car but after service is not there we should have returned the car and went elsewhere .im glad this will be his last car from them . and i for sure will never be in that car lot looking . and i have no problem telling friends about them.

i had bought a vehicle from race in the past and loved it but had gone elsewhere when i wanted to upgrade. i ended up very unhappy with what i ended up getting. thankfully when race auto reached out i explained where I was at and Derek and Jeff kept working hard to find the right vehicle for me. i’m so happy with my CRV sport and so thankful they continued to find the right fit after a few options i was not completely sold on didn’t work out. once again Race auto came through.

Don’t go to this dealership, I visited to their dealership To sell my car or potentially see the option if I can trade it in I was assisted by Jaden, despite giving him a clear denial to not to perform a credit check he went against the rules and perform the credit check during my interaction with him. My main concern was always kept on a second note. He was just trying to push me for trade-in option giving me less price for the just sales option. And later, when I asked him after a very long conversation that I have made my mind I just want to sell he say we don’t want to buy your car. I spoke to their business manager, where he was all, just trying to defend himself And mentioning it as miscommunication, where a clear, no is known by everyone in this world. seriously suggest This comment readers to prefer other Dealerships

Pushkar, you first applied on Sept. 23 2024 on a 2022 Hyundai Venue and were approved and quoted payments which you declined as it was out of your budget. You also stated that we had offered more for your trade than other dealers. You continued discussions in Oct through December with us and other dealers. 2 banks had aprroved you in October and you again applied in March and now only 1 of the 2 banks now has approved a loan as you have continued to shop your credit. Again you have come back in April looking at cars and now state you really just want to sell your 2016 Chev. Cruze, which you were told we do not buy cars that old as they are difficult to finance and require too many repairs. If you are looking to sell your car try Facebook or Kijiji would be my advise, and I would advice to stop applying at car dealers unless you want to buy a car.

I woke up on a Monday morning decided it was time to purchase a new car, I already knew I wanted a Subaru Crosstrek so I call Race Auto Group. Spoke with Jayden and he had me hooked up with a new ride that day. He knew I wanted the car so he made it happen fast, I picked it up Tuesday at supper time. Had it for about a month now and I have no complaints. They were great to deal with and would recommend this dealership to anyone.
