The worst Customer Service ever I reached I just called asking for some parts for my truck he give me a very bad attitude, he want to charge me more almost $100 each part than the price that it’s an online posted.

From the moment I arrived, they were efficient and courteous, ensuring minimal wait time. They explained the process clearly and even checked other essential fluids. The facility was clean and well-organized, adding to the overall positive experience. Pricing was fair, and there were no unnecessary upsells. I appreciate their attention to detail and customer care. If you’re looking for a hassle-free and professional oil change, this is the place to go. Car was making noises on uneven roads and rattling on hitting large potholes. Since I had important appointment 100 on away next day I was worried it might be unsafe to drive. My usual service advisor Marlinda thankfully came to the rescue and got the car repaired within hours. I had dealings with service, body shop and sales ( Mr. Jugal who professionally sold me my leased car at end of lease) and accounts and parts department and all provided professional outstanding service. I strongly recommend this dealership

Needed a diagnosis due to engine light and concerning engine noise. My service adviser Jackie was friendly and very knowledgeable. She helped keep me sane with my concerns over the fear of the pending repair outcome and cost. Have been with Nurse since the purchase of my Malibu and she’s been well looked after.

I own a Cadillac Lyric- which has had its share of problems already but most recently the heat stopped working. So I phoned Nurse to ask them to fix it same day as I needed a car for the following day and they said they could not fit me in. I explained that I couldn't drive it as there was ice stuck to the windshield and the fog gets bad but could scrape it off to leave it with them until it was fixed as it was still under warranty and take a rental car. The first service rep said it would be 69$ a day (which it is not because its covered under my warranty) and the second said they had no rentals cars available until the following day- Funny enough, i then called Ontario Motor sales in Oshawa who agreed to take my car right away and immediately provided me with a rental. The best part was when I drove past Nurse on the way to Hertz to get the rental (which is almost right beside Nurse) and was told that Hertz rents their cars to Nurse and they did have cars available- which of course they did since Im driving one right now... I phoned to speak to someone about this and to cancel my appointment but no one answered my call and no one has called me back! So do yourself a fav and skip this place and go to Oshawa or Pickering!

I just recently had such a great experience buying a used car at Nurse. Gerry was my used car salesman and he was amazing! So honest, so easy to deal with. After buying the car there was an issue. Nothing that the dealership could have foretold. I explained the situation to Gerry and he got the wheels in motion to get everything fixed. He even made sure I had a rental car for the day as I had a long way to travel to work. I mean who does that these days? What a great guy! Now when it came to getting my car serviced I was dealing with Shannon, one of the great service advisors. She was amazing! Texting me with all the details and keeping me up to date on the process of ordering parts etc. When I finally got to meet her in person she was so kind and thoughtful. Making me feel so confident in the service I was getting. Long story short.. Amazing experience at Nurses Chevrolet in Whitby. I will definitely be recommending to everyone I know that needs a new or used car. Take my advice,, ask for Gerry in used cars and ask for Shannon if you need service. Thankyou so much NURSE! I love my new USED CAR!! Steve
