Scam Shaddy business overall, Body shop absolutely garbage customer service for someone spending thousands of $ they try to put small damage on the customer and act like they never saw that before. Esp Farid has no manners or communication skills straight up said that “ are you sure it is new damage”. Its a brand new car i just got 2 months ago ofcrse its due to the their poor skills my side skirt is lose n wiggly all of a sudden

I had an amazing experience working with Ron ! From start to Finnish he was super kind and friendly he was very quick to respond to emails, texts or calls, if we had any questions he was always there answer them. Ron is very knowledgeable and professional during our visits with him. Just wanted to express a sincere thanks to Faiyad and the staff of Nurse Collision Center! They did an exceptional job on the fender paint job of my Silverado. As an added bonus they completely detailed the interior of truck. Much needed after a snowy, and messy winter! My husband and I went looking to purchase a trailblazer. We walked around in the rain and couldn’t find one. We went inside and wondered around for 10 mins before a sales rep came out. He went and got us a trailblazer to test drive. But then had to go back out because it didn’t have enough gas in it to take it far. When we came back he gave us some numbers and the initial price was $3000 above what the sticker price on the vehicle was. We asked for the price of another colour and he gave me what the bi weekly amount would be. I ask to have a print out and he said he wasn’t “allowed” to. That he would email it to me. The dealership closed at 5 and I still have received nothing. The customer service at this dealership was awful( 1/10). I will take my business elsewhere. Buyer beware when dealing with these people!!

Good dealer and good though not cheap service. Customer since 2018 and been a loyal customer since. Great pick up and delivery service if you can't drop off and pick up yourself. Thorough inspections and servicing and I think it is worth the extra dollars to be with them.
