Hey there, Really want people to know this is the best dealership is all of durham, and the manger Mitch Duggan is the absolute best manger . his caring, attentive, fast customer service makes you feel like family. I cant express how amazing it feels, when you have the dealership , that has love and that go to bat for you everytime.. Best feeling ever. I called ahead regarding a “service tire monitor system” message in my car, and was advised to come through the fast service lane. After waiting patiently, I was kindly redirected to the service lane by the first attendant. Parked and approached the second attendant who didn’t acknowledge me. When I asked if I was in the right place, he asked if I had an appointment. I explained that I’d been instructed to come in, but he declined to help, told me to book an appointment with a two-week wait, and sent me away. I understand the challenges with scheduling and wait times, but the attendant’s dismissive attitude and unhelpful response were frustrating. To make matters worse, he condescendingly instructed me how to exit, even though the street was clearly right there. This level of customer service felt both demeaning and disrespectful. A more professional and considerate approach would have greatly improved the experience.

I want to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received from Tyler Costa(Sales Partner at Nurse Chevrolet), while purchasing my new car Equinox EV. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Tyler went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless, enjoyable, and pressure-free. Tyler has been incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, answering every question I had with patience and expertise. He took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect vehicle without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. The level of customer care he provided truly made this an outstanding experience. Some of the highlights I would like to put forward about his service : - Periodic and regular updates : I had put in a factory order which took a couple of months and Tyler consistently provided me with the progress updates. - Subject Matter Expert : While buying a new car and when it's your first EV, it's natural to have anxiety. Tyler's description about the features, charging, My Chevrolet App use, and all of other related things has really made me confident about the car from Day 1. - Patience : I come with a sales background and I understand the pressure or excitement of closing a deal, or risk of losing one when the completion cycle is long, which was the scenario in my case. Even then, Tyler was patient enough to work with me for a factory order and never did I ever feel pushed for buying the current in-house stock. This car is special for me and it was made all the more special due to his excellent support. It’s clear that Tyler is not only passionate about cars but also genuinely cares about his customers. I am thrilled with my purchase and feel confident that I made the right choice, thanks in large part to his guidance and support. I will be sure to recommend Tyler and Nurse Chevrolet to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you once again for the wonderful service. I look forward to enjoying my new car for years to come!

I tip my hats off to this dealership. You get treated with A1 service from beginning to end. What I liked the most is they get the little things in regards to a purchasing a vehicle right and factor your needs into consideration. A special thanks to Greg and Ana, they were awesome. I honestly belive they are the pillar that holds everything up. My process from beginning to end was fantastic.
