I purchased my Chevy Silverado 2025 from Nurse Cadillac. I worked with Anastasia. She is amazing at her job. Today I had my first complementary oil change. Ran smoothly I was in and out in no time, thanks to the great team at Nurse Cadillac.

Have helped my father lease a Cadillac here on 2 separate occasions, and the staff have been unbelievably professional and helpful. They are always able to quote better pricing than other dealerships.

Hey there, Really want people to know this is the best dealership is all of durham, and the manger Mitch Duggan is the absolute best manger . his caring, attentive, fast customer service makes you feel like family. I cant express how amazing it feels, when you have the dealership , that has love and that go to bat for you everytime.. Best feeling ever. I called ahead regarding a “service tire monitor system” message in my car, and was advised to come through the fast service lane. After waiting patiently, I was kindly redirected to the service lane by the first attendant. Parked and approached the second attendant who didn’t acknowledge me. When I asked if I was in the right place, he asked if I had an appointment. I explained that I’d been instructed to come in, but he declined to help, told me to book an appointment with a two-week wait, and sent me away. I understand the challenges with scheduling and wait times, but the attendant’s dismissive attitude and unhelpful response were frustrating. To make matters worse, he condescendingly instructed me how to exit, even though the street was clearly right there. This level of customer service felt both demeaning and disrespectful. A more professional and considerate approach would have greatly improved the experience.
