Okay where to begin? First of all I get that I got shafted and its my fault for agreeing to it sure, but ill warn future customers. Where they lost stars: They are car dealers and will steal from you whenever possible. Traded in my Jeep for a Ram and they told me "thats the best we can do" for trade in value after some back and forth (after doing that garbage "after tax savings" to pretend like you are getting more) and then saw the car listed later for over $10k more than they offered. the Jeep was 1.5 years old and there is no way it would need more than $500 worth of reconditioning/cleaning/marketing cost. I get that its a business and business should make money, but this disparity is unreasonable; Car dealers are straight up thieves. Secondly, the free "swag" we were promised was never delivered. Third, I was told I could get employee pricing on MOPAR stuff from the parts department but wouldnt you know that nothing I wanted was available. Coincidence? maybe. Also, they had 2 of the Ram models i wanted on the lot; one was a 1 year "used" blue and the other was the same year but white and new. They were both available when we were shopping with the white one a few grand more but loaded. I really wish they would have told us about the interest rates (the first time we saw it was in the financing office) on the blue one. over the term we are paying over 40% of the vehicles purchase price in interest and we have great credit. time to do some overtime in order to make extra payments. I am confident that if we were told this earlier, that the white ram with the higher sticker price, would likely have come out to the same total obligation as new car interest rates are much lower plus its new. Of course by the time we came back to sign everything a few days later the white one was sold. Where they gained stars: Christine was nice and personable, and made a personalized video for us which went that extra mile. Financing guy was a whiz with numbers plus gave us an extra discount on extended warranty While waiting for the financing to be approved (over easter long weekend) we were given a loaner. I was expecting a POS beat up old car but it was actually a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. That car itself is boring to drive but it was a beauty for a loaner! I have bought 10 cars in my lifetime and I honestly hate car dealerships. This one was better than a lot but still doesnt deserve the 4.5 stars it has painted on its walls. Maybe the feeling would be different if we didnt have a trade in nor were in a rush to get something new. I dont normally write reviews but i felt i needed to let it out. Regardless, of all this negativity, i love the truck!

We went to get a truck last weekend at White Rock Dodge. Prab Basal jumped into action and did the pre approvals and showed us the truck we had selected. Then later, he helped us achieve our desired price. If there was anything I would like improved, would be that there was only one manager at the dealership on that day and it took a long time to finish all the paperwork. Maybe schedule another manager on a busy day. Otherwise it was a good purchase and we are enjoying it so far.

Overall excellent experience with Destinee! As this was my first purchasing experience with a dealership, I was quite nervous of being pushed around and spoken down to as a young woman, this is the opposite of how I felt during my purchase. Destinee meet me out in the rain as I was looking at Jeep Wranglers and she was polite, knowledgeable and respectful. We went inside and discussed what I was looking for and my expectations. Something that stood out to me was when I asked a very specific question, instead of coming up with an answer she was honest, she said I don’t know that answer, but I want to learn more, let me get my manager so we can both find out more. Hearing this humility and eagerness I knew that she was who I wanted to buy my vehicle from. After a couple test drives and learning lots I was able to find the right Jeep Wrangler for myself. I look forward to off roading events that the dealership puts on and becoming more connected with the whole team at White Rock Dodge. I would so highly recommend seeing Destinee if you need any vehicle advice or are looking to purchase.
