Probably this place is a really good dealer to get a new car but once you’re in trouble with your car (in my case a Jeep Wrangler under warranty) will be a nightmare to solve your problem. It has been almost 3 months since I went to this dealer for a nocking noise on my Jeep Wrangler with MOPAR warranty and I have wasted my time, gas and energy. It is the third time that they say that they have ordered the necessary part to replace it, and they just say sorry the correct part was not ordered and ask me again to pick up my jeep and wait for their call. The biggest mistake that I’ve ever done is having bought a Jeep Wrangler, really bad quality because at 33,000 km I had problems with the rear axle and really bad service and attention to be able to use my warranty.

I had the BEST experience with Tiffany and all of the staff I met. So friendly & easy going. Moe & Tiffany worked super hard coming up with how to get me into the vehicle I truly wanted and really didn't think could happen. Tiffany helped me find my Cherokee at another dealership 2.5 years ago. New to White Rock for only a few days and settling right in, she knew what I really wanted, found it in a matter of mins, and went for a fun test drive. I would highly recommend checking them out.

My salesman, Micheal Van Horn worked very hard to make me whole. I find him very customer service oriented and a willingness to make any inconvenience, either a minor one or corrected. A White Rock sales manager tried to screw me on my tires and I'm still not happy how I was treated after spending over $100k on my truck. I gave them 4 out of 5 stars, only because of my salesman and some other individuals behind the scenes who stepped up to the injustices that i had the displeasure of dealing with. If I was to just rate White Rock by the sales manager. I would be pressed to give even 1 star Thank you Micheal for all you did. White Rock is lucky to have you. The only reason it's 5 stars is because of Michael and his dedication to customer service. Only shop from Micheal Van Horn

Sharing this review on the basis of my personal experience based on the recent purchase we made. We've recently bought Jeep Wrangler Rubicon earlier this week and we had a great experience unlike other dealerships we've compared with atleast. Definitely all credit goes to Rishi and Codey, these people work very hard no matter it's overtime or if there work is closed for the day. They make sure that you are fully satisfied before you buy that vehicle. They've answered all the question we could possibly have, basically they did what you asked them to do in terms of demo rides or trying N number of vehicles to compare which one is best. Rishi is an amazing car sales person who really worked hard around the hours when we were there and he did not push us atall, a very welcoming sweet genuine guy and very professional at the same time. Codey is an outstanding Manager who has all the experience in the world and who has alot of good stories to share with you, a very jolly guy who make sure that you meet your needs and make you feel like home and even he offered a price range which was practically possible to afford, great guy who make it really easy to deal with. They are not overpriced, they have really great work ethics, they are the best people to deal with, they have a huge stock of vehicles, they are genuine nice dealership all in all. Keep up the good work guys. I've become your forever customer. You guys are Awesome!

Had an amazing experience with White Rock Dodge. All the way from top managers to the finance managers. We were dealing with Prabh and have nothing but amazing things to say. They gave us an awesome deal and an awesome experience. Would recommend Prab to anyone in the market for a vehicle!
