It would have been a 5 star review if there had been any follow up after the purchase. I asked for confirmation on the vehicle certification, specifically if the front brakes had been done as I requested but never heard back. Was also supposed to be provided proof the the original lien on the vehicle had been cleared but never heard back on that either

My experience at Orangeville Honda started out great but on the day of picking up the vehicle I felt they really dropped the ball. I arrived at the time discussed and it felt like nothing was ready. They had just finished the tint and really seemed unprepared; mind you all this is after the sales rep called me to ask for an extension. All this would not have bothered me but after signing everything and driving out my new car, after 30 kms of driving I realized the all season tires were not in the car and it's a good thing I realized when I did otherwise I would have to drive all the way from AJax again because I know they would not have delivered the tires to me, I had to drive back to dealership and pick those up. Nobody seemed apologetic or owning their mistake. They just brushed it off as it was nothing. Therefore I'd say my experience wasn't great.
