Orangeville Honda staff made buying a new car a simple experience!

I recently went to Orangeville Honda to buy a new vehicle. Staff were helpful and didn't try to oversell me. I ended up with a new Honda Civic which I am enjoying very much.

I was planning to replace my car over the next two years. After reviewing the history of Ridgeline development and the features and technologies the truck offers, Shane offered me a test drive and I was hooked. This comfort, performance and quietness of the Ridgeline is far superior to standard body-on-frame trucks. Shane and I picked a colour and some options and I am now loving this truck two years ahead of schedule!

Last service experience was a warranty repair with good results. Car was repaired and parked for customer but customer had to sit and wait for a rep to advise that the vehicle was ready. After 5 minutes of waiting, customer had to approach counter and request keys to vehicle. There were no other customers at the counter at the time. Opinion: You are there for me, I am not there for you. Focus on your Customer needs at all times.

We had issues with the first car we purchased, but they were unable to correct issues so they put us into a different car. Which was so much better for us!!! Great problem solving!!! Great car!!!
