My only negative was that the young lady at the counter was not particularly knowledgeable, but perhaps she was new. I asked for info on what exactly was being replaced and she gave me the wrong answer. I confirmed the correct info once I had the invoice after the work was done. Better to say "I don't know", or "I'm not sure", than to give the wrong info.

We have just purchased our second Honda Civic from Orangeville Honda. That in itself is a testament to our satisfaction! We have dealt closely both times with Dave Osborne and Hayley. Their expertise and knowledge has been exceptional. Heather on the phones has always forwarded our messages, and gone out of her way to search for whomever we have been looking for. The Service Department has been knowledgeable and very helpful. An example of their helpfulness was when we went in to buy replacement wiper blades for our first Honda, they didn't automatically try and sell us new ones like other dealerships would have, they questioned us as to what was wrong, advised us we could buy just the rubber inserts, and then offered to install them for us, free of charge, so that we would know how to do it if we ever needed to by ourselves!! Service with a smile!!! We are sure that "Customer Satisfaction" is their #1 priority!
