I found a part for my Honda on their website, tried to call but nobody picked the call, so I message them to callback form, but nothing happened in 36 hours. Then, I drove to the shop directly, asked for a part, they said that I have to wait several days for it and price will be 90$, while on a website it’s 60$. I’ve ordered by the website and part came the next day for a 60$ to the shop.

It’s a nice dealership and I took my Jetta 2023 from there all of my paper work was done by Mottillal, he was so responsible in every step and it was an amazing journey with Palladino Honda Sudbury. I do recommend to take any car from this showroom especially dealing with Mottillal❤️.

This place is run by incompetent employees. Can't get anything right. Almost made a new car purchase but called it off due to mistake after mistake. Had a bad experience here 6 years ago when I bought a used car. Was reluctant from the start to buy here.

I would like to take this chance to appreciate Jeff and Ethan's dedication and enthusiasm for their excellent work. My procurement experience with Palladino Honda was seamless, efficient, well-managed, and perfectly organized within a constrained time frame. Jeff's ability to discern the fine difference between all preliminary conditions and his capability to cater to your personal needs to adapt to local conditions have impressed me greatly. He is highly efficient yet a master of standardizing his workflow. It only takes me around 4 hours to get all the paperwork and legislation done, and the next day I am in my new SUV. This should be considered a very rare yet precise quality, especially during the high-demand season. Jeff has done such a great job, and he is undeniably a great person and an excellent salesman. Ethan is your go-to person for expertise on all car models. He is very kind and professional in terms of model selection, and you would never go wrong with him. He was able to anneal and amalgamate all the small pieces and particles together and forge a customized plan that is right for you. Honda is a handy car and goes a long way. I wish Jeff and Ethan's kindness, professional manner, and ethical hard work would also be paid back soon!
