I bought my 2016 Honda Civic from Palladino Honda and I had an amazing experience. The customer service as well was amazing. This was the fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. Motilal was very knowledgeable about the car I was buying but I didn't feel like he was trying to "sell" me on anything making me very comfortable. He was upfront and honest, and a good man . Worst customer service I ever had at a honda dealer. No response from service manager even after calling numerous times. No reply to emails or voicemails. One thing they do better is charge you for unnecessary service. There are a lot of local service mechanics who offer better service than this place, absolutely don't recommend them.
