Nightmare! They admit they were wrong through a lawyer twice and won't correct it making me a victim. I have tons of proof they wronged me and they ignore that. I will be making this situation as public as I can sharing with all Palladino owned dealerships in the reviews to warn others. All owned by same owner refusing to do the right thing!

I can’t say enough about this dealership!! I was coming in from out of town and Karen graciously accommodated me. When I showed up, Kara at customer service was so nice!! I don’t know what Palladino is paying her, but it’s not enough. She went way above and beyond to help me out. She was courteous and pleasant, genuine, and smiled throughout. I’ve dealt with many dealerships over the years, and this place ranks at the top of my list; hands down. Thanks!!!

I got car from here last week and Motti Lal helped me a lot he is the great guy to deal with at this location he always helped me and response to all my messages regarding anything like paperwork or car. I suggest Motti Lal for car deals and services. Because he has really good knowledge of customer needs and cars.

I have ask for the Maintenance records for my 2023 Honda CRV Demo with no response. It would be nice to know when the oil was changed last ect. I also know of 2 recalls on this CRV. Need to know this is taken care of. I am sure there is a record of this. Very slow responding to email requests .

Worst dealerships! Pros: - If your looking for a used car, they have a huge inventory. -They're prices are fair and actually a little under market value. Cons: -Even if you tell the salesman your (20k-30k) budget, he won't stop trying to up sale you........even if they have cars available in your budget. -They will lie to you, telling you they don't have cars available in your price range, but if you're walking out, they magically start finding some.......sometimes even lower than your price range. It helped a lot that we did our research and knew exactly prices range and km of most cars at dealerships around the region including this one. -After you select your car, they will pressure you to the extrem to make you buy the over price extentend warranty. If you refuse, they will try to shame you, make you feel bad, and pretty close to call you names and stupid for not buying this (scam) warranty. Yes this warranty seem to cover almost everything but the price for it $4k-$5k is extremly high and 99.9% of the honda cars will not need any repairs in this time frame. If they do it might be $1k-$2k worth of repairs because of how reliable they are. -Make sure to check the cars over very well because even if they sell them certified there mechanics miss some defects like tires treads depth and wavy brake rotor. -The fanancial person job is mostly to convinve you to get the warranty. -If they bring in a vehicule from a other one of their dealerships to sell to you and you decide to buy it, it take extra days to do the transfer of ownership before you can have it. -If they say that they will replace the bold tires 4/32" tread depth (fail safety at 3/32"), they will try to back out of this at the last minute. Unless you hold your ground, refuse the car and say you'll give a bad review. After this they'll accept to go back to the original offer, in our case anyway. -If they say that they'll look into giving you a special price for new snow tires.....they won't (3 weeks and still waiting) so we bought snow tires somewhere else. -At least they end up findind the 2nd set of keys for the car, it took a few days but they find them. If you request to speak to a manager because of a complaint, good luck. The manager hides from the phone calls and get the salesman to relay the messages back and forth. The reasons to buy at this crocked dealership is the vehicule inventory, fair prices and because Palladino owns most of the dealerships in Sudbury anyway, so going somewhere else won't change anything.
