I can't believe that this place did a front end and rear end alignment just because they were putting their old winter tires on for the winter ,just another scam to take advantage because she is a woman ,I'd never ever recommend this place for any kind of service.Being a mechanic for forty five years I just couldn't believe they did this talk about a nickel and dime place,yea I just read your response and your missing the whole point of it.For one thing your storing someone's winter tires and they should have been marked on the side of the tire as to where it came off of .So when reinstalling these tires come late fall you put them in a different location .The problem I have with this is you included a front end alignment as one of the packages to choose from .Being a mechanic at a car dealer for forty three years I've never heard of offering this to someone as a package option and should never need a front end alignment unless the costumer was complaining that the vehicle pulls to the right or left or if the tires you removed have uneven tire wear ,another reason for an alignment might be you installed four new tires. The question you should be asking is mam does your car pull to the right or left while driving? If the answer is no than it shouldn't have been done ,to me it's just another way to nickel and dime people who don't know anything about cars.

Placed an order for a high pressure hose. I had heard elsewhere that it does not come with the required $10 O ring, so I added one of those too. Palladino emailed me within 30 minutes of placing my order; they noticed that I added the O ring to the order and told me the pressure hose comes with one so it's not needed. They asked if I wanted to remove the o ring from the order, which I said yes. Fantastic attention to detail!!! I am sure any other parts company or dealer would have simply shipped the order out with the extra, unneeded part. Thanks Nick and the Palladino team!

Place is ran like it’s straight out of the 1950’s. White men are selling cars, white girls are working the service desk, no one of colour in sight and are all working “behind the scenes”. I’ve been in their shop 3 times this month with the same issue. They keep it for a week, don’t give us a loaner and then tell us they fixed it while using vague terms. , I drive it home and the check engine light flashes back. I don’t feel safe driving my car since the check engine light keep popping on and they won’t tell me what’s wrong with. The service manager says that it’s “my opinion” that I don’t feel safe driving it and it’s fine to drive. Don’t waste your time or money here unless you fit their description of “ideal customer”.

Financing a Volkswagen through Honda and have had car issues since July. My vehicle is still not running properly, constantly going into the shop every other week. This leaves my family without a car. It’s evident when you don’t lease a Honda that you are not a priority. I just want my car fixed as I’m paying for something I can’t even use.

I visited the shop the other day. Nobody at any store I went to could figure out why my sisters back wiper wouldn't fit properly to her window. We were told we should probably just bring it in to the dealer. So, a week later here I am trying to surprise my sister with a new wiper blade, I meet Ron from Parts, only to be told that they only switch out the rubber on the blades now, they don't sell wipers. Well, of course we had already thrown out the old wiper, so now we probably have to order a new one. Not only that but it would be much more expensive. Well, just my luck... but she needs a wiper, so I'll buy one. Ron told me to wait just a second and went to the back. Not only did he find me the proper wiper, when he came out to show me, he added to my day by saying that since I was helping my sister, he would help me. He gave me a generous discount on the wiper blade and made my day that much better. He even popped out to put it on for me. THANK YOU RON!! You never know whose day you're going to make, and that day you made mine! Whitney

Good luck getting through to the service centre. If you're looking to get a hold of anyone there just leave your name and phone number on the website under a vehicle listing and a salesperson will call you immediately. Ask them for whatever you actually wanted.
