I called this Honda dealership in hopes at getting my car in before its big trip home. When there was no availability until 2 months away, the person I spoke to took joy in letting me know and scoffed at the idea someone from out of town would need a service within a few days. This is not necesarily a review, but a reminder to be kind and maybe not talk to people in a condescending manner... oh and I will have y'all know that Owen Sound Honda had no problem fitting us in ASAP. Maybe the issue is not so much that your dealership is busy, but that you need more staff.

So writing this because next week is my one year anniversary of getting my vehicle there, and honestly not impressed. When I first tried to get my vehicle it was an absolute communication disaster, I told them I wanted my vehicle the Friday of the week I got called and they didn't say no or anything about that request, and I worked down south at the time so I booked time off work to pickup the vehicle. When I got there my vehicle wasn't ready at all to be picked up and they had no clue what I was talking about, which was frustrating because I worked night shift and came straight from work to get the vehicle. On top of that I negotiated with them and got a "deal", just to find out from a friend that online they give you a special price which is what I negotiated for. I also asked for a few items and they said no(like floor mats), except for a paint pen which was forgotten about twice and got reordered twice which I had to remind them both time about. To this day, almost a year after having my vehicle I still have no paint pen, and I honestly given up. I honestly didn't think a 30 dollar paint pen was to much to ask for. There was also some things wrong with the vehicle after I had it for a few months that makes me question if it was like that at the dealership and I didn't notice but more of a conspiracy on my end. Overall not a great experience at all, it was my first big vehicle purchase and I was honestly excited to for it. Just wished I looked around at other dealerships, as hearing from other friends and families experiences with their dealership, it makes my sound like a nightmare. I do wanna note however that their service department is pretty nice and got me in pretty quickly every time, and their employees are nice and great to talk with but when it came to get my vehicle and negotiate, and the after care after purchasing it all went down hill pretty quick.
