My 76 year old mother financed a 2016 Honda CRV from them, a short time later it started acting up. Over a year later, after multiple trips to them, they stated that it has a turbo issue (1st visit they thought was a solenoid issue, 2nd visit was something else) and they will sell at auction without providing adequate compensation. Sold her a lemon and they won't even offer her what she put down. Also service techs don't seem to know how to properly diagnose a problem #elderabuse

Hade an amazing experience with Ryan Devon selling my car! He was extremely patient. Guided me through every detail/step. All in all very friendly, trustworthy, and I was able to sell my car at the price I wanted. I will be recommending him to everyone!

The palladino certified cars are faulty and then they refuse to follow up with repair of car. Got 2020 corolla which was palladino certified car from here engine light was on within 3 days. Worst place in Sudbury to buy car.

This is a remarkable dealership. I purchased a car from my good friend and Palladino prepared the car by doing some required work on the car...and performing a safety check. This situation required extra assistance for my elderly friend. I have never witnessed a dealership going so much above expectations. I only wish I lived closer. I cannot believe the level of professional service!

I had no car anymore and a sales guy brought me all the way from Leveck and back to see a car. Well I got one and it works great. I feel like they got me out of a whole.

Bullied ignored and they stashed fish guts in my car. Lying about what vehicle I traded in on a finance contract. It is a never ending nightmare! I have bills of sale for an Escape to a Journey to a KIA. Where did the Journey go? You used the Escape for a trade in twice! Human rights case on top. Who does what your staff did to someone who openly told them they had a Mental Illness? Palladino's lawyer even says I traded a Journey for a KIA. How are they still denying it to my lawyer. They have slandered me but say I slander them. I can prove everything I say. I will never shut up until they pay for their actions. Truth and facts from me only. Lies and deceit from them.
