Had a winter tire swap on the rims . It took 3 hours, was charged almost $300. The job wasn't done right. Tires are out of balance and.shaking after 60km.. Had no issues before the tire swap.. being told there is a charge to come back and have them balanced correctly is unacceptable. This is not the type of care a Cadillac owner should deal with. After getting the tires balanced correctly this is how much the tires were out of balance. LF 6oz. RF 3.5oz LR 2oz RR 2oz Photo included . Shameful.. if we can't rely on a proper tire change and balance how can we rely on Nurse for major mechanical work. Absolutely no accountability for poor service .

I ordered the 2023 Trailblazer in December 2022, my first brand new vehicle. I was put in contact with Anastasia from this dealership to do the paperwork. My contact with Anastasia was primarily on the phone and thru email. Anastasia was very easy to talk to, very professional, knowledgable and accomodating. Originally the delivery date was expected to be 5-6 months, unfortunately this turned into 10 months. Although I found the delivery delay to be long, Anastasia continued to communicate with me and provide as much information as she could every time. When my Trailblazer finally arrived, Anastasia was on the phone with me working on setting up getting the car to me as soon as possible. Anastasia arranged to have me picked up and taken to the dealership in order to pick up my car. The paperwork went quickly and then Anastasia took the time to show me all the special features my new vehicle had. Completely satisfied with my experience with this dealership and their awesome salesperson, Anastasia Lekas. Worth the wait and the drive to Whitby.

We recently purchased a vehicle from Nurse Chevrolet and wanted to share how impressed we were with the exceptional customer service. We also appreciated the smooth process, from start to finish. We had the pleasure of working directly with sales rep, Scott Morgan, who was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He took the time with us and went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what we were looking for. As a family, we have been dealing with Nurse for many years (for regular service and maintenance as well as purchasing vehicles) as we appreciate their approach and honesty. I consult with Evan Andrews, Evan has been there a long time, knows just about everything about GM products Had summer tires removed & stored, Snows installed, checked balance & a grease oil filter. All fluid levels are checked Quick alignment check Good to go for winter 😊
