Stay away. This shop is a scam. They over charge like crazy and their mechanics are super incompetent. Called to get a quote on getting 2 key fobs reprogrammed to car. 20 minute job max. They try to say it’s going to be 1hour of service. That’s fine I get it. Pay the entire hour. Oh but wait. It’s an hour service call X2. If it takes 2 hours to reprogram a key fob (not even a key itself) maybe your mechanics need to go back to high school.

I cannot say enough good things about this dealer. I've had horror stories at other dealers in the GTA, and haven't had the best of luck with my new cars, but I continue to place Nurse Cadillac at the top of my good list. I see Cameron in service for my '22 CT5 and he has never let me astray, gives honest advice, and the service the entire department delivers is top notch. I'll definitely be buying my next Cadillac from here, and will continue to service my vehicles here for years to come. Josh Hartley

Had a winter tire swap on the rims . It took 3 hours, was charged almost $300. The job wasn't done right. Tires are out of balance and.shaking after 60km.. Had no issues before the tire swap.. being told there is a charge to come back and have them balanced correctly is unacceptable. This is not the type of care a Cadillac owner should deal with. After getting the tires balanced correctly this is how much the tires were out of balance. LF 6oz. RF 3.5oz LR 2oz RR 2oz Photo included . Shameful.. if we can't rely on a proper tire change and balance how can we rely on Nurse for major mechanical work. Absolutely no accountability for poor service .

I ordered the 2023 Trailblazer in December 2022, my first brand new vehicle. I was put in contact with Anastasia from this dealership to do the paperwork. My contact with Anastasia was primarily on the phone and thru email. Anastasia was very easy to talk to, very professional, knowledgable and accomodating. Originally the delivery date was expected to be 5-6 months, unfortunately this turned into 10 months. Although I found the delivery delay to be long, Anastasia continued to communicate with me and provide as much information as she could every time. When my Trailblazer finally arrived, Anastasia was on the phone with me working on setting up getting the car to me as soon as possible. Anastasia arranged to have me picked up and taken to the dealership in order to pick up my car. The paperwork went quickly and then Anastasia took the time to show me all the special features my new vehicle had. Completely satisfied with my experience with this dealership and their awesome salesperson, Anastasia Lekas. Worth the wait and the drive to Whitby.
