I ordered the 2023 Trailblazer in December 2022, my first brand new vehicle. I was put in contact with Anastasia from this dealership to do the paperwork. My contact with Anastasia was primarily on the phone and thru email. Anastasia was very easy to talk to, very professional, knowledgable and accomodating. Originally the delivery date was expected to be 5-6 months, unfortunately this turned into 10 months. Although I found the delivery delay to be long, Anastasia continued to communicate with me and provide as much information as she could every time. When my Trailblazer finally arrived, Anastasia was on the phone with me working on setting up getting the car to me as soon as possible. Anastasia arranged to have me picked up and taken to the dealership in order to pick up my car. The paperwork went quickly and then Anastasia took the time to show me all the special features my new vehicle had. Completely satisfied with my experience with this dealership and their awesome salesperson, Anastasia Lekas. Worth the wait and the drive to Whitby.

We recently purchased a vehicle from Nurse Chevrolet and wanted to share how impressed we were with the exceptional customer service. We also appreciated the smooth process, from start to finish. We had the pleasure of working directly with sales rep, Scott Morgan, who was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He took the time with us and went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what we were looking for. As a family, we have been dealing with Nurse for many years (for regular service and maintenance as well as purchasing vehicles) as we appreciate their approach and honesty. We want to sincerely thank Scott for the wonderful no-pressure service, for taking the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions and concerns and for treating us like valued customers. You want excellent auto repairs without the fear of being ripped off? Nurse is your go-to place. I consult with Evan Andrews, Evan has been there a long time, knows just about everything about GM products Had summer tires removed & stored, Snows installed, checked balance & a grease oil filter. All fluid levels are checked Quick alignment check Good to go for winter 😊

Usually buying a vehicle can be rather stressful BUT that was NOT the case for me. Everyone at nurse Chevy were not only professional but very friendly and NO PRESSURE!. A huge thank you to Rashid Lorgat , Shawn Kidd and Paul Goodman!. You guys made the buying process awesome! Thanks again guys! The service department is friendly and pleasant.
