The manager :Gavin don’t have manners how to speak with customer I m in stress and i am feeling anxiety after listening his words I told him that i went to crown honda they are giving me 27000 dollars for my car and why u are not giving me give me reason he said it my store its my choice . He said begore i m giving u 24000 now its my decision i will give u 20000 do what ever u want then i said i will bad review for u U don’t now how to talk then i cut the call

I am beyond happy with my experience at Winnipeg Honda (Waverly). Eric - the sales associate - was incredible to work with. He went above and beyond by showing me different models, comparing prices, and being very easy to work with, all while negotiating fair deals and packages for me. He also was very kind and very pleasant to work with. If you are looking at a car, I highly recommend Swapnil (team member) to show you the features and interior gadgets of it - His energy was exhilarating, fun, and he was also very genuine and funny (which made the purchase of the car even more fun and memorable). Lastly, Melissa was very knowledgeable, informative, and pleasant while discussing the financials and insurance packages. Overall, they worked together as a team to help create an amazing experience for me. 5/5

I went there to look at a Cr-V and had my worst experience ever. Horrible staff and terrible customer service. I was literally told to either take the price or leave. I told them that I will think about it. When I was about to leave then I was asked what my purpose was for coming there! Why does anyone visit a car dealership? It is obviously to take a look at the car and the price. Very disrespectful behaviour from the staff and awful customer service. Their sales team need to learn how to treat the customers properly and respectfully.
