I was told that my rims and bolts on my front tires needed replacing - that they had been ruined because the summer tires were installed wrong (by others). Turned out that the rims and bolts were fine, they just needed to be cleaned properly before they could be fully tightened (I had this verified by an independent person in the car industry). I was forced to tow my car (Mark Motors wouldn't release it to me because it was "unsafe") so I could get the installer to fix it. When I complained that they misrepresented the problem, the manager backed up her technician and service advisor despite the fact that the industry is known to up-sell unnecessary items to unsuspecting customers to pad their sales numbers and commission. This is my second Audi and I've had enough of Mark Motors, I won't be back for a third.

My vehicle was written off after I was hit by a car running a red light. Richard Cross reached out to me to see how I was doing and immediately began the search for a replacement vehicle before was even thinking about it. He found an identical brand new Q5 and we had financing arranged within a week. The finance and delivery team were equally caring and professional.
