When I purchased my car in 2015, it was highly recommended that I get extended warranty. I purchased a 7 year warranty (or 200000 km what ever comes first). I booked an appointment to have a bunch of work done and my tires changed. I was very clear about what I needed; tires changed, wipers changed, breaks checked and the fluid changed, the hatchback handle wasnt working properly so that needed to be fixed and finally, the back decal cracked and needs to be replaced (happens every year because it's made of plastic and it breaks in the cold). While I was on the phone, the person who took my call and booked my appointment not only put that information into the system but also repeated it to me. So it makes sense that all these things are expected to get done without having to repeat myself at the dealership. When I picked up my car, my wipers weren't changed and the decal was still cracked. It was late and I had to go pickup my child from day care so i called them and left a message. The next morning only after having already driven my car, I noticed one of my tires was completely FLAT. WHO CHANGES TIRES AT A SHOP AND DOESN'T CHECK THE AIR?!?! I had to talk to them because of the issues that weren't done. So I called and called until I finally got an answer. They asked me to bring my car back. So I did (I had filled the tire with air to be able to make it). They told me my decal wasnt covered after 3 years. So now i have to keep a broken peice of plastic on my car that will probably end up coming off on it's own (just my luck when I open the door and it cuts me). All because they failed to inform their customer how useless extended warranty actually is. The only reason I'm giving a second star is because the manager is replacing my damaged tire after their failure to make sure they were safe to drive on (ironically they were low on air the previous time but not this bad). I'm never letting them touch my car again. And I'm never buying a Honda again. It's a shame since we were planning on trading it in within a year. They have officially lost my business and the business of my family members.

The work was completed in the time stated. The need for new rims was explained. Every thing was done to make the changes cost effective.

Installed winter tires, changed oil and all the extras involved with this process. All was good and I left happy. I was told that my car was all set to go and everything was good.
