Our newly purchased 2103 Honda Civic was brought in after a battery was restarted for us by CAA. When we brought the car in to Palladino, it was checked and a new battery was installed for free as part of the Palladino promise for buying a used car within their warranty timeframe. I really appreciate that my son is driving a reliable vehicle. Thanks.

This was my first service visit since buying our Pilot and all was good! The staff was friendly and receptive as I was acknowledged fairly quickly upon entering, and the atmosphere was very warm and comfortable. The complimentary coffee, tea and other items at the waiting area are a real welcome touch and is appreciated!!

When I was looking for a car a couple months ago, the sales man was very nice and fair. However, the finance guy was absolutely rude. I spent about 2 hours in his office because he wouldn't let me leave without adding the extended warrantee to my car. He even called me stupid (not my decision stupid, he called me stupid directly towards me) because I did not want to add the extended warrantee. At one point I asked him why he was pushing the warrantee so much, because everyone I know with Hondas never had any issues with the car itself and if something was to go wrong, it would probably be on re-call or something that is not in the warrantee. I then asked him if I was making a bad mistake buying a car from them, since pushing the warrantee is telling me that the car is not reliable or of good quality. I wish I wasn't as intimidated and belittled cause I would have walked out on them right there and took my business else where. I was so fed up of his rude and belittling comments so I finally said yes to the extended warrantee just to get out of there and before I started to cry. When I got home afterwards, I emailed the finance guy to remove the extended warrantee, as I still had 30 days to remove it. He still wouldn't stop there. I finally agreed to keep the extended warrantee if they were to take off 700$ of the price. However when I got the check for the rebait, they gave me 620$ off the price and I saved 80$ in tax. When any store gives a rebait, it's on the price before the tax. I am so upset with their rudeness and crookedness. For my next car purchase, I am definitely not going to Honda in Sudbury. I understand its a sales place and they are just trying to make the most money out of their sales, however there is still a way to treat your customers without being a bully and belittling the customer. I take pride in my education and my smarts, and being told I was stupid really brought down my self-esteem.

My appointment was booked for winter tire instalments. I was served immediately and was shuttled to work right away. I was grateful for the professional job and storing of the summers. The service advisors are polite and eager to please. Thank you.
