Service was very poor

October 26, 2020

Was told my car needed $3000 plus work to it. Took it for a second opinion. There was a lot of stuff that didn’t need to be done. My license plate cover was smashed and my license plate was bent when it was returned to me. Was not happy at all.

Preparing to purchase a truck was a year long process for me in doing research on various makes and models. It came down to a full size F150 or a mid-sized Tacoma. Both are leaders in their respective class. We settled on Toyota Tacoma, and in the final month of our search engaged 6 dealerships. 1 didn't respond, 1 was over a $1000 more expensive than the remaining 4. The 4 remaining were all within $100. My choice came down to email responses and follow up. I had indicated two options related to waiting for Toyota price changes and only one vendor responded. This helped me build trust that while the dealership's interest would be represented, my sales professional would also be a good advocate. While Jackson's Toyota didn't win my business they were respectful of my process, and have earned my respect for having people like Andrew Black as a customer facing representative. I would highly recommend the dealership to friends and family.

Tacoma Purchase

This was my first experience buying a new vehicle and it went very smooth. My Sales Specialist, Ramit Likhi was very helpful and knowledgeable. When the accessories I purchased to be installed for my pickup date did not come in on time Ramit let me know as soon as he could and was genuinely apologetic. He also took the time to show me the truck’s features on my pickup date which was very appreciated. Thanks for everything! Shanna Wilkinson

Disceptive sales and promotion practices. Charging for services other mechanics include with seasonal tire changes. Will never purchase another Toyota.

I had a seasonal tire change done. Requested a brake inspection because of chattering in the brakes at high (a second request) since my purchase of the vehicle. Was told I had no warranty even though I paid $1000. For bumper to bumper coverage. That it would cost me $600 to replace. I have barely had the car a year. They charge me $50. extra for the brake assessment something my former mechanic would have done for free. I am very upset with my treatment and will never return. I have been ripped off by aggressive and deceptive sales tactics. I am a pensioner on a basic income. My car is an investment and necessity where I live. I had purchased in good faith.

Great service. Tech. told me I could not have windscreen defogger on, using my new remote starter. I was able to program it. Maybe staff need better info. on products sold by Toyota. Very courteous staff. Thank you
