Very quick and personnel were extremely helpful

Winter tire installation, balance tires, service with oil change. Receptionist was very helpful. They brought my car to front of building as I couldn't find it along side. That's door to door service.

I had my service 2 done with flushing the break fluid and I asked to put back my snow tires (on rims) instead of my all season tires. I was charged $105 for swiping the tires and doing balance. When I go to Wieze Toyota in North York they don't charge me for swiping my tires if it is part of my service visit.

Bought our 2021 4 Runner from Jackson's Toyota and I have to say Bill was an absolute pleasure to deal with ! He made the buying process simple , quick , and stress free. When we trade in our sr5 for a new limited in a couple years we can only hope that we can deal with Bill once again .

Excellent customer service throughout departments - helpful caring people. Had an issue with pricing , probably a mistake on their end but it has been resolved instantly to my satisfaction.

New Tacoma. Campbell was our sales rep, honestly one of the best vehicle purchase experience i have had yet in my life. Fast and Relaxed, basic sales pressures nothing uncomfortable all the staff were friendly and accommodating. Will update after i go for first service with that experience. Service Update2: New kiosk key drop is much better way to deal with COVID drop off. Had an odd warranty issue fixed today without problem service experience was good this time.
