Winter tire changeover, tire storage, and first maintenance check were completed with a thorough explanation of services. Booking by phone was easy.

We had a very bad experience for our very first service at Jackson's toyota. None of our problems mentioned for the service were taken care off. We spoke with a service person who asked us for additional questions and we mentioned abour brakes and wipers, but the actual technician was never told about those problems and he just performed a routine check. Moreover, the complimentary car wash, which is offered as part of Jackson's rewards for your first car service, was not done upfront by the technician. I had to walk back into the dealership office after noticing the car after service. The service technician asked for our car keys for the car wash and came back in less than 5 mins. How can a manual car wash be possibly done under 5 mins? It was clearly evident that nobody bothered to do a proper car wash. Same light spots were visible after the car wash, the front glass and other windows had spots, the car body had marks of someone hastily brushing a cloth over it but not performing a proper car wash. This is not a way to offer a complimentary car wash. Overall, it was a very terrible experience. Service technician didn't care to explain what did he check in our car, didn't care to ask if we had any questions. When we asked questions he looked back as if we were scrutinizing his work and he is uncomfortable answering those questions. Being a service technician, it might be obvious questions to him, but we being customers have all the rights to ask obvious question and we expect an answer with utmost humility. We had to drive 45mins to get to this dealership for such an unpleasant experience. We don't think we will do that again. Even though the rewards book mentions about a free oil change, but with what we received from a "free car wash", there is no way to trust another "free something" from this dealership.

I dealt with Lee at Jackson’s Toyota! He was amazing to deal with. Very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions! The vibe at this dealership is very supportive and positive! Would highly recommend!
