First time I can say I actually enjoyed buying a vehicle. It's generally an overwhelming process with weighing options, crunching numbers, etc. Jeff Brown - seriously cannot say enough about this guy! From the moment he said hello...just fantastic vibes. Easy to chat with, never felt like those typical "commission sales" generally do. Just an all around solid guy who was knowledgeable and worked with us to get us what we wanted and a price that worked for us. I would not hesitate for a moment to send my family/friends to see Jeff. Thanks for just an overall great experience Mr. Brown!

Cade at SMP helped find me the exact car i was looking for and got me driving it in under 24 hours, was unfortunately totalled very quickly but Cade jumped back into action and found my a different car that was more suitable for me. And Samantha the financial manager was amazing, understood my frustrations with things being left out on the contracts but she did her very best to explain things to me as best as she could and was clearly she wanted to sort it out. I still believe some things were left out but over all my 2nd experience here was much better then the first. That being said, if you have an option to not have shanahan as a sales me ask for Cade, very nice guy. Shanahan doesn’t know what he’s really talking about and he will manipulate the situation to get you into a car that’s easy for him. If I wasn’t a customer there and was illegal I would have probably punched him out. Everyone else there though are gems.

Excellent service from Cade Lacoursiere who is new to the team at SMP. He did a wonderful job at getting us into our beautiful (new to us) family vehicle. He answered my many questions and put up with my many demands as a car buyer with utmost patience and his sweet genuine personality. Thank you to Sam in finance for the efficient work on all the paperwork and thanks to the rest of the SMP team for the spotless vehicle at pickup. And who doesn’t love a free prize from the SMP Prize Mountain... I’m so excited about my new Supreme Plus Keurig.
