Had a great experience buying a used car from Matt. Essentially bought sight unseen because coming to attend university in Canada. It was easy buying the car from White Rock, they worked on price with us, added a hitch - and wiring money was seamless for payment. We had contacted many dealerships and White Rock was by far the easiest and nicest to negotiate with.

For my very first new vehicle purchase I was looking for a specific colour, a 2019 Ram Rebel in Granite Metallic with all the options available. I visited White Rock Dodge and Jordan Herwig worked very hard to help me find exactly what I wanted even though it was late in the season to find a specific full load 2019 Rebel and they didn’t have it in stock. He was attentive to detail and didn’t settle with finding something close to what I wanted, he found exactly what I wanted. Fantastic service all around and he went above and beyond the call to make sure financing for my company was all arranged so that with my extremely busy schedule I was able to get it done quickly and efficiently. The sales Manager was extremely helpful and worked with Jordan to find a fair deal for me. Janine in the Finance department handled my paper work quickly and was very informative, I walked away happy with my payments and was very satisfied with the service. When it came time to pick up my new truck, Jordan again went way above and beyond to make sure I could come get it, and with my career, business hours are very challenging, as is making plans of any sort but he found a way to make it work. Again, top notch service. I will be recommending White Rock Dodge and Jordan Herwig to all my friends, family and Co-workers as a result of my experience. Thanks again!
